    Getting to Know Erin Dillion

    One concept we love about coffee is the community it creates. A good cup of coffee always has a great person behind it. Meet Erin, the manager at Land of a Thousand Hills in Roswell, Georgia.

    Describe yourself.


    I’m a 26 year old normal kid who likes being creative and interacting with lots of different people. I'm someone who likes to go into every situation as welcoming as possible because I've never liked the idea of anyone being excluded. 

    How long have you been working in coffee?


    A year and a half. This was my first coffee job. I was a barista for a year and became manager 6 months ago.

    What do you like about working at LTH?

    Hands down- the people. I've never worked at a place before where I've liked everyone at the company.


    Favorite motto or saying?

    “You’re a wizard, Harry.”

    What do you enjoy doing away from work?

    Outside of work, I like working to create something that resembles good music or work on my youtube channel (@evillaser).

    Who or what inspires you?

    Inspiration definitely comes from my family. I was raised by my grandparents. Their work ethic and how they worked to provide inspires me. They are compassionate and patient.
